Mind Nourishment

Today was a great day! So great I feel a little sad its over. Not only did one of the most special people in my life arrive to see me from interstate, I was spoilt enough to go to the Earth Events Soulpreneurs Workshop. It was awesome to escape the routine of hospital that has become almost normalised and do a bit of mind nourishing.

The workshop was an awesome oppourtunity and the energy of a room full of 100 woman was something pretty special. Walking out afterwards I had to smile though to see a number of cars with waiting partners or husbands. It made me think how nice it is that even the strongest self-empowered woman enjoy having a man (or woman) there to meet them at the end of the day. I feel grateful to have a man that supports me to nurture myself and do things for myself with the understanding they it is an investment in us.

    And yes it's a sweet thing to have someone man or woman in ones life who is supportive of you achieving the best in yourself.
