Thankful Thursday

Today wasn't anything special, we didn't win the lottery and the sun didn't even come out! There are however so many things to be thankful for! Like sheets that are soft and smell fresh but not TOO clean, randomly bumping into great friends, reminders of exciting adventures ahead (Tour De Timor was featured on Nine News), a good coffee, having a shower without having to waterproof my arm (the first in seven weeks) and food. Fresh, simple, delicious food and a wonderful man to prepare it while I suck in multiple drugs. Tonights menu was our version of take-away - corn fritters, avo and tomato salsa and fresh basil and walnut pesto. ALWAYS thankful for fab food! Our little monkey is thankul for food too - especially those unexpected crumbs that she hunts from the floor!
