In a bid to spend more time together not doing treatment related stuff and to make Jess feel more included in the hours of training I do we have tried to come up with a few ways to train together. It's a win-win because it means Jess can gain some bonus exercise time for herself.
Tonights session saw me run and Jess ride her bike. Its nice to be able to include her in the ever lonesome miles.
It was a little cool (in Brisbane terms) out this evening but also very clear. Jess got in the door ready to warm up and get on with her evening routine of medications... I had to remind her she had forgotten one thing! Her treatments don't usually require protective head wear.
