Pho-to Of Today

A picture Jess text To me while on her walk. When we had a quick trip to Vietnam many years ago to see the school that she helped build, there was Pho everywhere. I quite like It, and from region to region there was a distinct taste difference due to the differnt water sources and water quality. I quite liked it. Jess didnt like it, not even a little bit. She made sure I would never phoget.
