Word Power

I have been collecting little quotes and affirmations and putting them in random places to see throughout the day! It really helps remain focussed and positive throughout the day.

We have also, as a couple, been trying to show each other how appreciative each of us are for the little things the other does by leaving notes hidden in unexpected places! It's fun! The other day I woke up to our glass splashback covered in a colourful love note. It started my day with a huge smile.

Today this little piece of wisdom that came on my coffee last week at groud cafe has really jumped out at me from where I saved it in my phone case. It's so very true don't you think?
