Queensland weather has been like a moody teenager lately! One minute it's happy cheery and blue skies all round and the next bam! The grey storm clouds roll in. Today we headed up to the not-so-sunshine(y) coast to see my gran who is visiting from Tasmania.
Since the weather was not much good for anything outdoors we decided to take her to Ground Cafe at Buderim. You might remember we went there once before and were blown away by the healthy, nourishing food that arrived on our plates. Today we were assured it wasn't just a once off - this place has fast become my happy place! How many places can you honestly say you leave feeling satisfyingly full but not one little bit guilty?
Great food with loved ones just makes my heart so happy! Even the rain didn't feel so dreary anymore, infact it made for a pretty lovely afternoon.
