An attempt to help make our healthy eating plan more sell sufficient and a lot cleaner we have utilized our small space to start growing a few things. With the great help of Joe from Hungry Geko gardens we now have planted;
3 types of kale, spinach, lettuce, thyme, basil, mint, oregano, leeks, strawberries, ginger, nasturtium, rosemary, 2 varieties of parsley, dwarf blood oranges and lemons.
This amazing list is just starter. To utilize the small area we have gone vertical, and in this particular design we are able to water the plants at the top and the excess water and run off nutrients is not wasted as it feeds the plants below.
