Just over two weeks into the No Sugar Adventure and all is going well. I dont think we have had a single argument despite going through the intial shock of detoxing phase. I will however admit it has been tough especially when i think of ice cream on hot days or my love for the decadence and smoothness with a slight bitter twist of dark chocolate. OK stop. Then of course easter is on the way - say no more!
Todays photo is of one of my new recipies that I have developed to help me along. It is gluten free, fructose free and also 100% vegan and really, I just want to show off my sticky nuts.

At this stage (only 2 and a half weeks in) I am still experimenting with my recipes and I have a couple of variations I want to try to make sure they are the best I can make them before giving away the recipe. Sorry for the inconvenience but it is only temporary as I will be adding a dedicated section for these wonderful Fructose free foods. So check back soon or follow so you can see when this gets added.
