Oh Lemon Meringue!
There are three things I particularly miss since being suger free. Mars Bars, Connoisour Cookies and Cream Ice Cream and Lemon Miringue Pie. Oh my goodness! Tangy, sweet, creamy lemon pie! So when a friend and I 'popped in' To have a quick look at the the goods of a local patisserie I should have known I was in trouble. Talk about a cake display!
